Copyright Ownership
All original content on HerbalBrewGuides.one — including written guides, articles, tool interfaces, illustrations and custom imagery — is protected by copyright. Unless otherwise stated, copyright belongs to HerbalBrewGuides.one or to the original content contributor.
Licensed content (stock photography, licensed fonts, third-party icon sets) is used in accordance with the relevant licence terms and remains the property of its respective rights holders.
Short quotations from our content are welcome with clear attribution and a hyperlink to the original page. Full-page reproduction, republication or systematic copying without written permission is not permitted.
DMCA Takedown Notices
HerbalBrewGuides.one respects the rights of copyright holders and will respond promptly to properly submitted notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent legislation applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. Please note that submitting a false or misleading takedown notice carries legal consequences under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and equivalent laws.
What to Include in a Takedown Notice
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:
- Your name and contact information (postal address, telephone number or email address).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, with enough detail for us to identify it.
- The URL or specific location on HerbalBrewGuides.one where the allegedly infringing material can be found.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Notices missing any of these elements may not be actioned. Incomplete notices will be returned for completion before we take any action.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send your completed takedown notice by email to our designated copyright agent at hello@herbalbrewguides.one with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".
We aim to acknowledge receipt within two business days and to take appropriate action — which may include removing or disabling access to the disputed content — within a reasonable time of receiving a valid, complete notice.
Counter-Notice Process
If we have removed content in response to a takedown notice and you believe that removal was in error — for example, because the content was your own original work, or because its use was covered by fair use or another applicable exception — you may submit a counter-notice.
A valid counter-notice must include: your name, address and telephone number; identification of the removed content and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court (or equivalent) and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown notice; and your signature.
Send counter-notices to hello@herbalbrewguides.one with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant notifies us that court action has been filed.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we will disable access or take other measures with respect to users or third parties who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
General Copyright Enquiries
If you have a copyright or licensing question that does not involve a formal takedown notice — for example, you would like to request permission to reproduce our content, discuss a syndication arrangement, or enquire about licensing original illustrations — please contact us at hello@herbalbrewguides.one or through our contact page. We are generally happy to discuss reasonable licensing requests.
